  : Ibis is name of quality service so if they are not providing good quality then they are not Ibis for me ,my stay was wonderful Allhamdolillah.
  : For people coming here first time , few suggestions 1- this hotel is currently under renovation so almost covered fully but lucky ly working doesn't bother u too much 2- now a days they are dropping u in ghaza parking which itself is almost 10-15 min walk to haram so not feasable for everyone, 3- timing of the shuttle service is very strict and should be improved by increasing no. Of rounds to and fro haram.

  : The day we reserved there was a good man (his name was abdullah) he has helped with every detail he was useful he was a real professional at his job the second i got into the room he finished his shift so we found our selves with another woman who is mocking us we call her 6 7 times on the room phone she doesnt answer when she answers shs says okay and directly hangs up the services never comes thanks to here i have missed very important meetings just 1h30 after our arrival the room isnt clean there are plenty of bugs in the shower the bin is broken the skin is filled with water the door doesnt close and she doesnt care about our needs she doesnt even answer the calls i asked to speak with the manager she told him she doesnt know anything she made me spend double of my budget they say they have buses but they come every 1 /2 hours i spent all my money with taxis and i lost my most important meeting
